To Be Skinny

I am starting a post based on ideas inspired by the fitness group I am in on Facebook. I love that group (no you can't see it, the members are anonymous to outsiders). We have a wide range of people who struggle with different areas of fitness. While the group does tend to touch weight loss a lot, our main goal is to be HEALTHY.

Thus came this idea. I thought I would let you guys into my secrets. I will share what I go through on a daily basis to try to be healthier. I can't post forever but maybe long enough to give you some ideas of your own.
